How does the deposit work?

Each package has its own deposit, shown alongside the price. The deposit secures your date, is credited toward your final balance, and is fully refundable up to 7 working days before the event. All payments run through Stripe on a secure encrypted connection.

When do I settle the balance?

The remaining balance is due within 7 working days of the event. You can also pay in full upfront, or split into three interest-free instalments via Klarna or ClearPay at checkout, whichever is easiest for your accounts team. We issue a proper company invoice, with your PO reference if you need one.

What's included on every booking?

A guaranteed minimum number of finished images, two edit styles per frame (Signature colour and Black & White), a 10-hero-shot preview within 24 hours, a private online gallery, and full commercial rights covering social, email, website, press, paid advertising and sponsor sharing. The rights are yours from the day the gallery lands, with no extra licensing fee or per-use payment. An optional alternative signature edit is available as a per-image add-on for repurposing across very different placements.

Are you candid or directed?

Mostly candid. The majority of the event is captured naturally, without interrupting anyone. When you need group photos, sponsor moments, branded set-ups or cleaner portraits we step in, light it properly and direct cleanly. The result feels real, not posed.

Question 5

How do you handle low light?

Accepted Answer

With the right tools and the right technique. We shoot on fast lenses and high-ISO bodies, so dim venues, dusk receptions and dark clubs all look clean. Flash is used only when it genuinely improves the image, never to compensate for the wrong kit.

How quickly do you deliver?

A 10-hero-shot preview gallery within 24 hours of the event, on every package. Full edited gallery in 3 to 7 working days. Need it sooner? Express 48-hour and Express 24-hour full delivery is available as an add-on, priced per package size (from £69 / £129, up to £179 / £279 on Immersive).

How many photos will I receive?

A guaranteed minimum per package: 25 (Signature Moment), 50 (Highlight), 120 (Signature) or 220+ (Immersive), written into your booking. Every image is delivered in two finished styles — Signature colour and Black & White — ready to use.

Question 8

Why two edit styles, and when would I want an alternative edit?

Two finished styles cover most needs: Signature colour for press, website, decks and print, plus Black & White for editorial and atmospheric use. The optional alternative signature edit gives you a second look of every image, ready for repurposing across different placements without a re-shoot. Useful when one campaign needs a calm corporate tone and another needs a bolder, social-ready cut.

What if I'm not happy with the photos?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll re-edit, re-deliver, or make it right — that's written into every booking. We stand behind the work and would rather hear from you early than let a small issue sit.

Can you handle large, full-day or multi-day events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Immersive (up to 6 hours) is our largest ready-made package; beyond that we plan bespoke full days of 8–12 hours and multi-day coverage for expos, trade shows, summits and festivals, with a tailored quote within 24 hours. We cover everything from intimate private dinners to brand activations and conferences, with the same standard of imagery throughout. Our core team is supported by a small, vetted network of London, Essex and South East photographers we trust, used only when scale demands it. Briefing, direction and editing always stay with us.

What about cancellation or rescheduling?

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 7 working days before the date. Inside 7 days we will do everything we reasonably can to move your booking. If we genuinely cannot, the deposit covers the slot we held.

Question 12

Are you insured? Backup gear?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fully insured for public liability up to £5 million. Cameras record to two memory cards live during the event, so every shot is captured twice from the moment it happens, and we always carry spare bodies, lenses and lighting.

Where do you cover?

London, Essex and the wider South East are covered with no travel fee. Anywhere further afield, please ask. We will quote fairly and we will get there.
